I can say that I am really pleased with this therapy and the therapist was very helpful. The techniques I really enjoyed and they helped me a lot and I learned a lot and I feel like every week I learned something new.

Being a doctor and busy with my professional activities, it is least likely to have enough time to go to the different service provider for the same service.

I made remarkable progress in the issue that I had. My therapist was very thoughtful even when I started to ramble on for a while. I appreciated the time and effort, the resources given to me and all the help and guidance offered in my sessions. A very positive reflection on the organisation. Thank you.

At first, I felt it was off filling in the questionnaire because when I talk to my friends some say they sa they sit and talk for about an hour with a therapist about things and I found this method strange to begin with. On reflection, it has been really helpful and the reviewing that happens every week helps me to keep track of my mood and I can see that difference in how my mood has changed. I found it helpful work on especially eliminating the high-risk area. This has helped me realise that I am capable of making change, thanks it has been really helpful.
